How Do I . . . ?
Q. Change your address and other personal info?
A. Write to:
- AddressChange@DeltaGamma.org with the details. EO needs your full name, including maiden name, chapter and year of initiation. Please provide your previous & new address, preferred phone number and email address and any other details that will be helpful identifying your member record.

Q. Find collegiate and alumnae chapters?
A. Visit www.DeltaGamma.org and click on the “Chapter Locator” tab, then enter city and state. Or, you can enter the school name also to find collegiate information.
Q. Learn about local DG events?
A. Each alumnae chapter plans their own events, as well as Delta Gamma Foundation of Dallas. Please:
- visit each alumnae’s chapter sections in this directory for their meeting and events dates that have been planned at the time of this publication’s publishing
- check each chapter’s website and Facebook pages
- contact an alumnae chapter officer to be put on email and Evite distribution lists
Q. Pay per capita dues (not chapter dues)?
A. Delta Gamma financial year begins July 1st. At that time, alumnae are asked to pay their per capita dues, which are different from alumna, chapter dues. Annual per capita dues are $27 and the money is used for publication of the Anchora, leadership training, conventions, extension, colonization, development programs, maintenance of executive offices. To pay your per capita dues, log on to www.DeltaGamma.org, click “alumnae dues” in the upper right hand corner and complete the electronic paperwork. Appeals will also be sent via mail also.
Q. Pay chapter dues?
A. Each chapter establishes their own dues amounts, budgets and payment methods. However, July 1st is the beginning of each chapter’s financial year. Please contact your chapter’s treasurer for more information.
Q. Make a DG Foundation gift?
A. Giving to the Delta Gamma Foundation has established several different tax-deductible opportunities to allow each member to determine how she wants to give back. These opportunities include:
- Annual giving through the Loyalty Fund
- Planned giving
- Tribute gifts
- Scholarships
Information on how to contribute are included in each issue of the Anchora or you can do it on Delta Gamma’s website. Log on to www.DeltaGamma.org, click on the “Foundation” tab, then scroll through the various options. You can also donate to the Delta Gamma Foundation of Dallas, Inc. and we will donate your funds to our various local organizations or scholarships we support.
Q. Receive sponsorship information?
A. If you are looking for a sponsorship form (formerly referred to as “rec”), you can:
download a form on the Delta Gamma website. Log on to www.DeltaGamma.org
click on “Login” on the green banner in the upper right corner. You must login because you will be taken to a secure website that only Delta Gammas who have created an account may access. (Your login information is the same as it was with MyDG or you can create an account if you haven’t already created a login.)
scroll to the bottom of page and click on the box “sponsor form” box.

Q. Shop at Hannah’s Closet?
A. The Delta Gamma website has a virtual shopping mall that has approved items for purchase. Log on to www.DeltaGamma.org and scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on Hannah’s Closet.
Q. Submit photos to the Anchora?
A. You have three options:
- Open www.DeltaGamma.org and click on “Site Search” at the top center of the page. Enter “photo” in the search bar. Click “submit photo” and upload your photo.
- Email photos straight from the camera/phone without compressions or cropping. Emailed photos should not be embedded into the body of an email or Word document. Email photos to Anchora@DeltaGamma.org
- Hard copies may also be submitted to Delta Gamma Executive Offices, attn: Anchora 3250 Riverside Dr., Columbus, OH 43221-0397.
